The first trolleybus from the ordered fleet has already completed test runs without passengers in the streets of Pilsen, and now it is going to be tested with passengers directly in Ústí nad Labem. The delivery of 33 large-capacity partial trolleybuses will be a major modernisation of the North Bohemian city’s fleet. The trolleybuses for Ústí nad Labem are unique in that they have two drive axles, which will enable them to cope well with the demanding operation in the hilly terrain of this North Bohemian city. The vehicle is equipped with a battery that allows it to run off the overhead line.
