Škoda Group is part of the Alliance for Clean Air

Despite improvements over the last decade, air pollution remains a major environmental threat to human health and is damaging Europe's economy. That is why we have decided to join the Alliance for Clean Air.

This initiative aims to reinforce the EU’s zero pollution ambition and this is in line with our commitment to producing green solutions for public transport.

We have a long-standing commitment to zero-emission electric vehicles. In April this year, we said yes to this initiative organised by the Brussels-based non-profit association Transport & Environment, which campaigns for clean transport. Our involvement is crucial to the Škoda Group’s strategy to promote the European Parliament’s position on the Ambient Air Quality Directive.

This action is an ideal combination of our business activities with a project that will benefit everyone in the future by improving air, water, and soil quality to a level that is not harmful to health or natural ecosystems.
