Predictive maintenance system is a comprehensive solution for predictive maintenance.

It provides an extensive suite of features for collecting, recording, analysing and visualising intelligent operational and diagnostic data from the vehicle and other traffic-related sources. It also includes a maintenance ecosystem that allows extending the processed data with additional valuable information, e.g. for RAMS, optimisation of maintenance procedures, purchasing of spare parts and logistics.
The solution is based on identifying potential problem areas based on operational and fault data and machine learning algorithms. For example, the solution will point out that the vehicle door on the left-hand side on a particular track has more faults than on any other track, helping determine and fix the cause of the problem.
The system, the collected data and their use can be individually adapted to the specific needs of the customer.
