Electric Multiple Units Series 671 Slovakia

Škoda Group manufactures double-decker dual-system electric units of the 671 series for Slovak Railways, which are mostly intended for suburban transport in the area of Trenčín, Košice and Žilina.

The three-car train offers 307 seats and a total capacity of 640 passengers.

The trains are equipped with dual-system electric equipment and are prepared for the European Train Control System (ETCS).

The trains contain an effective ventilation, heating and air conditioning system. Quick and convenient exiting and boarding is facilitated with wide low-floor doors. All rooms are monitored with fire sensors, and the engine rooms are also equipped with automatic extinguishers.
