Security of your personal data is very important to the Company; consequently, we will keep you informed how we handle your personal data on this page. REASONS FOR USING PERSONAL DATA
If you pay a visit to the Company premises, the Company may process your personal data on legal basis, namely (i) meeting legal obligations and (ii) the Company’s legitimate interests, for the following purposes:
- Guarding – asset protection (Asset Manager);
- Protection of employees’ safety;
- Prevention of fraud and abuse of services;
- Protecting own rights and effective defence in a potential dispute;
- Meeting other legal obligations (among other legal obligations that the Company carries out include, for example, the provision of information to law enforcement authorities or other public authorities).
Processed personal data
The Company processes the following personal data:
- Camera recording;
- First name;
- Surname;
in relation to the purpose for which personal data has been acquired from the data subject
Within the Company, manual and automated method of personal data processing is used.
Recipients of personal data
Within the Company, your personal data is only accessible to authorised employees and only to the extent required to meet each processing purpose.
The list of recipients of the visitors to the Company premises’ personal data is available upon request.
Under certain circumstances and under the current legislation, the Company reserves the right to disclose some of your personal data to public authorities.
Retention periods
Your personal data is processed and retained by the Company for the time required for the processing and for the duration of the limitation periods pursuant to Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended. Camera recording is retained for a maximum of 7 days.
