Within the ŠKODOVÁK magazine, the Company may process your personal data on legal basis, namely (i) meeting legal obligations, (ii) the Company’s legitimate interests and (iii) consent, for the following purposes:

• Meeting other legal obligations (among other legal obligations that the Company carries out include, for example, the provision of information to law enforcement authorities or other public authorities).

in relation to the purpose for which personal data has been acquired from the data subject.

Retention periods

Your personal data is processed and retained by the Company for the time required for the processing and for the duration of the limitation periods pursuant to Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, and for the duration of consent.
