By simply connecting a standard PC (laptop) through the Gateway
to the WTB bus — utilizing common connections like the UIC socket on locomotives — WTB Tester offers unparalleled flexibility in testing devices compliant with the WTB standard.
WTB Tester functions effectively as a real vehicle within the WTB network, which allows for detailed simulation of different operational scenarios and fault conditions. These capabilities are critical for testing communication functions and compatibility with other compliant equipment, thus ensuring smooth network operations. WTB Tester is also instrumental in identifying and analyzing operational errors and in intercepting communication to ensure system integrity.
