The above-mentioned companies as controlled entities are subject to unified management by Škoda as controlling person. The Corporate Group uses the name “Škoda Group” in Czech language and the name “Škoda Group” in English language.

 

This notification is made in accordance with the provision of Section 79 Paragraph 3 of the Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on Commercial Companies and Cooperatives (Act on Commercial Corporations), as amended, and is effective from 10.6.2024. This notification replaces the earlier notification on the existence of the Corporate Group “Škoda Group” effective as of 1.9.2023.“
