External Power Supply Unit – BVN
The external power supply unit (BVN) is intended for electric unit 8Ev traction vehicles and connected cars.
Characteristics
Provides automatic switching of power sources
In the absence of the main power supply, it can supply chargers from an external 3 x 400V AC 50Hz network.
It provides single-phase 230 V AC 50 Hz power for powering the service socket through an inverter powered from the on-board 24 V DC network.
It powers the source for heating the motor vehicles
It indicates battery current with an ammeter located on the front panel of the unit.
It’s used to connect the control and indication signals of the entire charging set via the terminal block on the front panel.
