Škoda Group, a member of PPF Group, is pleased to present its second Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report, detailing ESG performance for the 2023 financial year and including relevant developments from early 2024. Committed to transparency and continuous improvement, we have begun integrating European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) in line with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). While no comparison with last year’s data is provided due to changes in scope and methodology, all such changes are explained within the report. Our sustainability strategy references rail industry standards from the UIC International Union of Railways, as well as ESRS, GRI 2021, SASB, and insights from MSCI, S&P, and Sustainalytics.
