Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct reflects Škoda Group's commitment to values, integrity, legality and ethical business conduct in all areas of business. Škoda Group expects employees at all levels, from sales to senior management, to comply with the Code of Conduct in their daily work, including acting on behalf of Škoda Group when interacting with external partners, corporate customers, suppliers and government organizations. Škoda Group conducts employee training to raise awareness and understanding of the provisions and principles set out in the Code of Conduct. In addition, Škoda Group has implemented and maintains a Trustline for employees and third parties wishing to report violations.

Škoda Group Rules and practices

In addition to the policies listed below, Škoda Group has internal company procedures to support implementation of our management objectives.

 

  • Code of Conduct with Template clause pursuant to article 7.2– a common set of ethical standards that allows us to put our principles into practice
  • Gifts & Hospitality Policy – which deals with the receipt and provision of gifts or services;
  • Supplier Code of Conduct – a statement of the behaviours which Škoda Group expects of its suppliers and their staff;
  • Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy – defines Škoda Group’s approach to preventing bribery and other forms of corruption
  • Diversity and Inclusion Policy – its goal is threefold: to promote a welcoming, diverse work environment free from discrimination and harassment.

In addition, we have a well-established Compliance Programme that:
– complies with the best practices of the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States;
– seeks to prevent, detect and remedy potential violations of law or company policy; and
– is subject to regular assessment and adjustment to ensure that we are responsive to evolving business and associated compliance risks.
